What is waist training?
Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a latex cincher or corset.
Are there any dangers to waist training?
Corsets have been proven to cause permanent shifting of ones internal organs and difficulty breathing. However, waist cinchers are a much healthier alternative. Not only are they comfortable, there are also no health risks associated with corsets.
How long till I see results?
Like any weight loss aid it is important to be dedicated. Wear your cincher everyday for 6-10 hours. the longer you wear your cincher the better. To look good you need to be healthy. That means you need to eat healthy, drinks at least 2 litres of water a day and exercise regularly.
