Returns

Returns are only available for 48 hours after receipt of your item.

To be eligible for a return items need to be unused and be in the same condition and packaging as received in.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for the returned items.

NB: STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON "IT WORKS" WRAPS.

Should you qualify for a return you are required to email your proof of payment. You will then be given our return address and further instructions.

Should your return be approved your money will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for 7 days after receipt of your item.

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective.

You can only exchange for the same item.
