SHIPPING

Domestic Orders

Shipping within the Republic of South Africa takes 2-3 weeks. All our items are available for pre-order only as they are exported from Colombia and the USA.

International Orders

Shipping takes 3 - 4 weeks. Prices do not include any import duty or sales tax. You will be expected to pay for these costs upon collection of the item(s) at your local post office.

Other

We will not be held liable for any items which are not delivered or get damaged during the shipping process. Once items are shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

PAYMENT

Payment can be done online via PayPal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYAPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY ONLINE. However, you will need to access the site from a non-mobile devise e.g. laptop or PC.

Alternatively, you may contact us for our banking details and other payment arrangements.

Being that items are available on a pre-order basis you may choose to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering and the other 50% when items are ready to be shipped out. Please contact us for further details.
